if you bought this keychain; would you be so dumb as to keep the animals in it … all it would take is a pair of scissors or a sharp object to free them… im sure that this is just the selling point of the pet … and not really intended for you to keep it in there… that would be dumb … after all , just like in china town in nyc — people love buying the mini turtles but its hard to get them home if you dont pay extra for a carrier… this is an easy convenient way to get your pet home… just like as if you bought fish from the pet shop too.. the put the fish in plastic and seal it shut for travel… think outside of the box you foolish people and all asian people arent animal killers … i love pets

Thieves should target these vendors mercilessly. I’m not a big fan of violence, but I think that if owning one of these monstrosities becomes a liability, it would do a lot to curb supply AND demand. See someone with a live animal keychain? Kick em in the ‘nads and steal their keychain and free the animal. If you target these people, vendors AND consumers, it will no longer be worth it for them to take the risk.

As much as you might feel about “saving” them, the worst thing you can do is to buy them. As painful as it may be, the best thing to do is to not give the vendors a penny. Regardless the reason for purchase, as long as the vendors get revenue from these products they will continue to sell.

No, no one should buy these poor creatures, because if the vendors can’t make money on them, then they will stop selling them. The more people buy, the more fuel will be added to the fire and the vendores will sell more and more innocent creatures will be subject to this torture!
